A relaxing and calming blend designed to encourage emotional stability and reconnect mind, body and spirit. Harmonising and centering, this fusion of essential oils will help to balance the base/root chakra, support the solar plexus and nurture the heart.

Ingredients:

100% organic essential oils of: Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium), Citrus aurantium amara (Petitgrain), Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang). +Linalool, limonene, geraniol, benzyl benzoate, farnesol, benzyl salicylate, eugenol, citronellol, citral - naturally occurring in essential oils.

How to use: Add 4-7 drops to a diffuser, 2-4 drops on a tissue, dilute in carrier lotion/oil for self-massage - to soles of feet, solar plexus, heart and base/root chakra areas in particular (15 drops in 50ml carrier) or add to bath (4-7 drops diluted in carrier).
