DELIVERY

We send out all of our deliveries on a Monday, so please bear this in mind when placing your order.   On holiday Mondays this will usually be the following Tuesday instead.


Limiting the number of days that we send out items reduces the number of trips that our team has to make and helps us to minimise our overall carbon footprint.  We know it's a small thing but lots of small things eventually do add up to big things.


All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post.  International order delivery options are available at check out but will usually be sent by the most appropriate local postal service, unless otherwise specified.


If you are having a wellness emergency then please contact us by email and we can discuss arranging express delivery with you.


If you have requested a delivery method at checkout that has a tracking option you will be emailed the tracking details separately so that you can keep an eye on progress.


We are 100% committed to making responsible choices in our packaging and transport choices and we are constantly working hard to make sure that we continue to improve things for you and for the environment.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If there's something not quite right about your order we are always happy to replace it as long as it is within 30 days of purchase and in the same condition that you received it in.


How do I return an item?

All you have to do to return an order is send it back to us at the address below, marked "RETURNS", enclosing proof of purchase (which can be your invoice/order number).


When will I receive my refund?

We start processing your refund as soon as we receive your item and, once complete, you will receive your refund to the original payment method that you used.

We aim to process all refunds within 30 days of receipt but in busy periods it may take us slightly longer so please bear with us if that's the case.

Faulty or Defective items

We maintain the highest standards in all of our products.  If your item is defective or faulty and it's been less than 30 days since your purchase, simply return the item by the methods described above.  If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item.  Defective or faulty products can be returned with a valid proof of purchase within two years of the order delivery or store purchase date.
