An earthy, rich, and deeply grounding blend, carefully crafted to still the mind as it relaxes, calms, and slows down racing thoughts. The perfect accompaniment to meditation practice to help bring balance to the base/root chakra, strength to the solar plexus, and harmony between the higher and lower chakras.

Ingredients:

100% organic essential oils of: Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Cedrus atlantica (Cedarwood), Vetiveria zizanioides (Vetiver), Citrus reticulata (Mandarin). +Linalool, limonene, benzyl alcohol, geraniol - naturally occurring in essential oils.

How to use: Add 4-7 drops to a diffuser, 2-4 drops on a tissue, dilute in carrier lotion/oil for self-massage - to soles of feet, solar plexus, heart and base/root chakra areas in particular (15 drops in 50ml carrier) or add to bath (4-7 drops diluted in carrier).
